Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.

Items Exempt from Return and Exchange

• Certain items, such as undergarments and accessories, are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Customers are required to provide video proof of the package opening to validate the condition of the returned item.

Refund Process
